"Timeless Coast" While kayaking off the west coast of Santa Rosa Island in
the Channel Islands National Park looking for sea lions (for reference for a
commissioned painting), I came across these blowholes and pelicans.
Pelicans seem so prehistoric to me, they could be pterodactyls and this, a
scene from the Triassic or Jurassic age as well as May 2005.
